Implementing advanced organization technologies in project management of clusters in the healthcare and medical industry by means of the Kohonen neural network

The article describes questions of efficiency analysis of participants choice during formation of cluster structures in sphere of public health services and medical industry. Couple of indicators describing the ability of enterprises of medical industry and healthcare institutions were proposed to participate effectively in the implementation of joint projects in the cluster structure and the model for identifying the compliance of the input indicators of the economic system with a specified output using the Kohonen neural network. Implementation of neurobiology principles in organization technologies makes it possible to objectify the process of selecting participants in innovative cluster structure and leads to its effectiveness.
